Romantic Road, Germany – 2024.

Traveling along the German, Romantic Road in May, 2024 started my planning for my tour in Eastern Germany and Austria.

Romantic Road (Deutschland’s Romantische Straße) can be defined as a charming, attractive, nice, eye-catching road.

When I visit Walt Disney Worlds’s EPCOT theme park I always stopped by the German Pavilion’s large scale garden model railway layout.

I’m calling driving along the German Romatic Road an “adventure!” This is because I drove through a country who’s first language is not English! Also, requiring me to learn German road signs. Plus, many hotels in my price range and locations did not have AC or an elevator/lift!

I chose this adventure in May before the most tourists arrive. This seemed to work.
